Wierd problem with Asus USB3.0_HZ-1 Docking-Station

Hi!

i bought the Asus USB3.0_HZ-1 Docking-Station and i have a Asus Zenbook ux31a laptop with Windows 8.1.

strangely, when i connect my laptop to the docking station my wifi suddenly stops working.

tried all updates\softwares\versions... ideas?

p.s
when i'm disconnecting the docking station wifi turn on again

This might be related to USB 3.0 interference:
