Targus ACP70usz item#51 display not working Windows 8.1 Pro
Device worked fine on Win7, upgraded to Win8.1 Pro. I've tried all troubleshooting. The peripherals work but the display does not. Attached are the results of the debug. Please help!

Return ACP70 Item# 51 for Replacement
Most likely it is a defective docking station. Please return it for a replacement under warranty.
