Lync Desktop sharing crash

Lenovo W520
Docking Station
Primary Monitor connected via Quadro 2000M
Monitor 2 &3 via startech usb32hddvii using latest drivers.
OS Windows 8.1 64bit

If I attempt Lync desktop sharing with the displaylink devices connected, Lync sharing will crash repeatedly. As soon as I disconnect the displaylink and ise Lync with only Nvidia - no crash.

Any thoughts. All drivers are up to date.
