Hello,
I have two Alienware 2210 monitors and one is connected directly to the PC via the std DVI connection. The only other connection I have is VGA and that is not supported by the monitor. I have a USB 2.0 UGA Adapter lying around and I am trying to get it to function properly and have had no success. I have tried DVI and HDMI and the highest resolution it will allow on the second monitor is 1280x1024. This is very difficult to look at. In the control panel it recognizes the monitor as an AW2210, but in the properties, it is being recognized only as a generic pnp monitor. I am not sure if this is an issue. Please someone help as this is extremely frustrating. Thanky you! |
