hi guys,
I'm new here, because I'm not sure if i should buy the Displaylink usb 3.0 to DVI converter.. my situation, i have an laptop (i7 2620QM -> 8GB 1333MHZ combined with a GTX460M 1,5 GB) so I'ts pretty good for gaming. ![]() right now I'm using a dual-head setup..with my laptop screen and a 17' (just as big as laptop) 1080P's screens..but, if i connect a thirt monitor via HDMI Nvdidia gives the error 'gfx cant use 3 monitors at once' while my oldschool alienware m11x which is powered by a GT335M simply runs 3 monitors at once (jes all tree are 1080p'smy question, will a USB 3.0 powered displaylink conector give me the abillity for 3 screen ->gaming<-..so 2 monitors directly from GPU and one via Usb..without too much bottlenecking of the usb3.0. (so i get a 5760x1080P monitor setup where i can game on without the third monitor falling behind on FPS or even worse quality )really would appreciate your input ![]() (sorry for bad english, 16 year old and from holland )
