Kubuntu 18.10 working nicely

Just upgraded to KUbuntu 18.10 and my 3 monitors work nicely.

I had to remove the workaround "Use older intel driver as a fallback" which I used since I bought my first DisplayLink peripheral because the 3rd monitor appeared scrambled and frozen.

(Plugable USB-C Triple Display Docking Station on a 13" HP Spectre 360 with DisplayLink driver 4.2.29)
