Device manager doesn't show displaylink device

I have windows 10 on a Dell laptop. When I installed this driver, it doesn't show displaylink device in device manager. The small displaylink icon shows in the bottom right corner (the time display). How do I fix it.

I tried the suggested steps but still no luck. I tried on 2 different computers.

If the problem persists and the device is not detected on two different computers even after following the steps in the article I provided you with. That points to hardware problems therefore I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer of the docking station for further support.
