Crash on Apple M1 with D3x00 (Lenovo dock)

Hi for the most part working well.

but I have had a number of random crashes, usually after I return to the machine that has been asleep.

So the only other thing to report is that I have a USB type c multi-adapter that has 3 USB A 3.0 ports, a USB c PD port a HDMI port and an ethernet port. this connects to the MacBook and the hub connects to one of the types a 3.0 ports.

I do need the additional HDMI. which is why I have this layout.

most of the time it works ok. but sometimes crashes after sleeping, which is quite sad

Is any help available for this problem or perhaps you can help me diagnose the error log?

it causes me to return to a machine that has restarted itself and can cause data/work loss. and I am scared to run long-running commands as my machine may die.
