Default Only 1 display detected with U3HDMIDVIDOCK

My search did not turn up a solution, so here my setup:

Model: MacBook Air M1
macOS: Ventura (13.4)
Dockstation: i-tec U3HDMIDVIDOCK (USB-C + USB-C to USB-A converter)
DisplayLink: 1.10.1 (build 93)

Monitor 1: Samsung S32D850 (DVI)
Monitor 2: Samsung S32D850 (HDMI)

Only the display connected via DVI is detected.

The setup of the dockingstation works fine if I connect to my Windows Laptop instead.

I am not famliar with macOS, so I am wondering what should be checked.

Given the information you provided, there are at least two things to address:

1. The version of macOS Ventura you are running is not up to date. You say you have 13.4, but the latest version is 13.7

2. The DisplayLink Manager Application version you are running it not up to date. The latest version is 1.10.3 --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...ownloads/macos

I would suggest:

A. Removing the current version of DisplayLink by following this procedure --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...tool-for-macos

B. Applying the latest update to macOS Ventura

C. Installing DisplayLink 1.10.3

I just installed DisplayLink, interesting that I got an old version.
But nevermind all that I noticed that the HDMI is also no longer working for my Windows Laptop and I reconnected everything and somehow now it works.
