Default Mac recently stopped showing dual monitors

Hi there,

I've been using the DisplayLink D1000 for a couple of years with my MacBook Pro and it's worked great. Recently, my dock stopped working to show my 2 additional displays. I still have a mouse connected through my display and it works fine. I've been troubleshooting and have tried:

- Uninstalling the DisplayLink drive and installing 1.11.0
- Updating my Mac to Sequoia

It's still not working. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Same here. It stopped working a day after updating to Sequoia, around a week ago. I'm also on DisplayLink 1.11.0

Mine stopped working this afternoon. The mouse recognized the second monitor, but it is blank. Running Sequoia 15.2

I finally checked the DL Manager again... one of the monitors was toggled off. Strange, because I didn't do it. Also, the second monitor (which didn't have any open windows) was the one working, and I got the first to work by turning off the second. Just plain strange, but at least it's working now.

I'm having the same problem. Stopped working yesterday with DisplayLink 1.11.0, rebooted but problem still not resolved.

Here also on a D6000. After upgrading to Sequoia 15.2 only the 2 monitors on displayport are working. The 3rd monitor on HDMI does not give any signal anymore
Putting the HDMI cable directly in the Macbook gives me the 3rd monitor back, but thats not why I did buy a D6000 for.

D6000 currently on version 31.54

Hopefully a patch will be delivered soon?????

Same issue here. I did a support request and uploaded the data collected by the tool. Hopefully they figure something out quickly.

I had the same issue. I did what is suggested here (https://www.displaylink.org/forum/sh...80&postcount=2) and it fixed it for me.

I use two external monitors, plus my Mac's built-in display. One of my two monitors was not working. When I tried this, it worked initially, but on the next restart I had a blank monitor again.

I observed that DisplayLink appeared to see both monitors, but System > Displays did not see the second monitor, although when I turned the monitor off then on, it sometimes flashed briefly. I also observed that I only seem to get a blank monitor on Standard and 180 rotation in the DisplayLink control panel, so I attempted the following, which appears to restore the monitor, at least until the next restart:
  • Go into the DisplayLink control panel and switch the blank monitor to 90 degrees rotation; this appears to get the monitor to be recognized, and the monitor starts showing a picture rotated 90 degrees.
  • Go into the System > Displays, make that monitor the Main display.
  • Go into DisplayLink and rotate the monitor back to Standard.

I'd be interested in seeing whether anyone else can replicate my observation and my results. This is for my work machine, which is a Mac. I do not seem to have this issue on either my Linux or Windows laptops, which I use with the same docking station.
