Unhappy No screen picker after installing login extension

I was using a second monitor just fine on my Macbook with Sequoia15.3 and then I decided to load the login extension and I no longer get the screen sharing picker.
The monitor does show up in the System Report USB Device Tree but the software says a monitor isn't detected.
Is there a way to get the screen sharing picker to show up?

Default MacOS Cleaner + reinstall solved problem

I downloaded and ran the cleaner which also removed the login extension. Then re-installed and my second monitor was back!
I am on a managed laptop so perhaps then extension was blocked by admin rules.
