Hello snap6,
Please make sure you have the latest version of the DisplayLink Manager app installed. Please try to follow these steps: 1. Unplug the DisplayLink device from your Mac. 2. Plug it back in directly to your USB-C port. 3. You should see a system popup asking for permission. Please click "Allow".

Thank you for your reply. I do not receive any system pop ups after reconnecting. Previously I uninstalled/reinstalled and still no pop ups. I have version 1.12.2
