I have a 2020 Macbook Air with an Intel Iris processor. My OS is Sonoma 14.6.1. I have downloaded DisplayLink for MacOS, but I cannot get two external monitors to operate independently with my Macbook (so 3 total independent monitors). The Macbook is independent, but the two external mirror each other. I am running everyting through a Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C hub, Model LDA-KP. The DisplayLink does not recgonize the monitors as plugged into the computer, even though they are on and working (as one mirrored monitor, instead of two). Under the "Display" tab on the DisplayLink, it states "Please connect your DisplayLink device". Furthermore, when going to the Display tab on my Macbook System Settings, it only shows one of the two standalone displays, instead of two. PLEASE HELP ME!! Thank you

Hello austinb,
Firstly, please make sure that your hub is compatible with DisplayLink technology. Please check if all your cables are properly connected and are working. Ensure that you have the latest version of our driver installed. If this problem still occurs, please contact our support directly by following these steps.
