Post MacBook M3 Pro not working with QGeem hub

Hello!

I recently bought a QGeem Thunderbolt 4 hub and connected it to my MacBook, but it's not showing the device. From the DisplayLink Manager, I still see "Please connect your DisplayLink device".

To the support team, can you please take a look? Log files attached.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello eggrollofchaos,

The QGeeM Thunderbolt 4 hub does not use DisplayLink technology, so it's not compatible with the DisplayLink Manager app. That's why you're seeing the "Please connect your DisplayLink device" message.

We recommend reaching out to the hub’s manufacturer for further help, as this device isn’t supported by DisplayLink.

Hi Marta,

Ah I see -- unfortunate. Thank you for the reply!

Cheers,
