Default M1, Dual Extender + Wavlink UG6902H

Hello,

I am very new to all of this...

I have recently purchased a dual screen extender for my M1 MacBook and a wavlink UG6902H which based on my research was required for both screens to work.

Unfortunately I can only get 1 screen to work and the same applies if I try and connect to 2 separate monitors.

I am running Sequoia 15.5 which seems to be an issue with the displalink drivers...

Anyone there that can assist?

THANKS!

Hello GAVINJOHNSON1,

Please make sure you have the latest version of the DisplayLink Manager for macOS.
You can try to disconnect all devices, wait a few seconds, and reconnect the dock and monitors one by one.

If the issue persists, please try a different USB-C port on the Mac, or reinstall DisplayLink Manager after using the DisplayLink Cleaner Tool.
