Hello. I'm using macOS Version 26.3.1 (a) (Build 25D771280a) with my Targus HDMI 2x Display Link Portable Dock and I need assistance. I'm experiencing following issues with DisplayLink software and/or hardware: When I use the Mac Displays setting panel I select the 32in monitor to be A or 1 and the 27in monitor to be B or 2. The sound stays w/B even though my zoom/teams/meet sessions are all on the 32in. There is no setting anywhere (your app or on the Mac) that I can find that will let me send the sound to the primary monitor. What’s more, the only option on the Mac is for the sound to go to the Targus dock. One would think there’d be a setting in your Display Link software that would let me “sync sound to primary monitor.”
In addition, I tried to use the support ticket submission form in the app and after filling out the form, it goes no where. The SEND button doesn't work. Maybe you should test it or simply redirect the user here to post about it. Although this is the second time I have had to write this post because it doesn't appear to work reliably either. Would you please consider adding these updates to your next release? Thank you. |
