Latest DisplayLink drivers and DirectX fullscreen errors

Hi,

In some cases stopping the DisplayLink Service may help.

- Search for "Services"
- Select "DisplayLinkManager"
- Select "Stop the service"

We are looking into a way of dynamically doing this.
