Dell3100 USB docking and 2-4pcs Touch screens Dell p2314T and HP EliteBook8570 (graphic AMD M4000) with W10

I would like to use between 2 and 4 Touch screens with HP EliteBook8570 (graphic AMD M4000) with W10. 3 pcs of Dell p2314T via Dell3100 USB docking and 1 pcs of Dell p2314T directly via DisplayPort. According to specification, it is possible to have 5 screens for graphical card AMD M4000. Is it possible?
