Hello,
May I get the brand and reference of the device you are using? Alternatively, if you can go to Device Manager and get the hardware ID in the details of the device, that might be enough. Products with DisplayLink technology supporting DDC/CI do that out-of-the-box, there isn't a specific setting to add. Kind regards, Alban
