Hi Lachlan,

Thank you for your patience,

Here are a few other steps I'd like you to try:

1.Right click on device in device manager
2.Select Driver
3.Select Update Driver
4.Select Browse my computer for driver software
5.Select Browse
6.Enter C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\
7.Check Include subfolders
8.Select Next

These steps or the previous ones I sent you solved this issue for other users.
