No-DisplayLink enabled device detected by MacBook via DELL D6000 dock
Hi DisplayLink Support Team,
I am a IT support and recently reinstalled MacOS for company laptop , while we cannot not longer connect external monitor via DELL D6000 dock, checked D6000 is detected at system information . We can connect the external monitors with DELL WD19s dock , just plug-and play, without any setting. Could you please advise how we could solve it ? Thanks ! Benjamin |
