Blanking screens

I have 3 monitors connected to my display link, am getting very frustrated about 2 of the screens going on and off. i have 2 2k screens and 1 regular 1080p screen. I have updated the firmware to the display link, i have tried different power options, different power cables, different connection cables, DP, DP to HDMI, and now just HDMI to HDMI and same thing the monitors seem to go on and off randomly, or when i move the mouse to the second or third screen and click the mouse. Before i bought this dock i reached out to display link to ask what dock should i get and this is the model the suggested. We were looking at a number of these for our office. but until this is solved i cant move forward. It solves my issue of charging my laptop(MSI)
