Default UD-ULTC4K on MacBook Pro - USB Keyboard / Mouse Require Reboot

I have a UD-ULTC4K connected to a MacBook Pro M4 Nov 2024 running Tahoe 26.5.2. I have a Logitech G815 Keyboard and G502 Mouse connected to this with USB. When I connect the MacBook to it, the displays will come up, although the Keyboard and Mouse will not operate. I have to unplug the Dock power to force it to reboot, I leave it out for about 5-10 seconds, plug it back in, and while it is booting I will press the ESC key until I see the keyboard light up. At that point once the reboot is complete, the keyboard and mouse work.

I have tried just disconnecting the keyboard and mouse and it does not come up, it always requires a reboot of the dock.

When I use the same dock setup with a Lenovo Thinkpad, it works fine every time.

In my office, I have a Belkin dock and when i connect it, the keyboard and mouse work each time. It has something to do with the Pluggable dock, not sure what to look for.

DisplayLink 16.1 (Build 25) is installed.

Any ideas?
