Problem with resuming from monitor sleep

I am still getting a problem with the monitor flashing when the display resumes from a sleep as described at:

I have followed the instructions indicated in post #7 to turn the tdrlevel to 0 to avoid resume from sleep crashes. I am using a dual monitor setup on a nvidia GTX275 under windows 7 32 bit with a mimo 710.
