Display Adapter Stopped Working

Hello,

About one year ago I purchased a model UGA-2K-A usb display adapter. It has worked great and I have been very happy with the purchase.

However, today when I went to use it, it did not work. Upon further inspection it seems that the little green light is not even on when plugged in. I have tried several usb cords to eliminate the possibility that it is the cord.

Can you recommend any trouble shooting steps or where to go from here?
