W7 64 bit - Install problems.

Good morning,

I try to install for using with ipad2. After installing the password box does not appear.
I manually start and stop the service from cmd (admin mode), I verify in manager if everything is corrent, aslo in verify control panel->add/uninstall programs.
I try to uninstall/re-nstall for a few times and program and it dosen't work.
os: W7 - 64b

I put in attach the log file.
