USB to DVI adapter crashed windows 7 Ult

pdavis Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2013 Posts: 2	USB to DVI adapter crashed windows 7 Ult As soon as I plugged in the adapter, windows grabbed it, blanked my screen and locked up windows 7 ult. I can't get it to boot except in startup repair. How can i correct this? Preston
