Ruud Member Join Date: May 2013 Posts: 67	Use a USB3 port Hi, I solved my problems completely by changing the USB port I was using. I'm using a Dell XPS13, the left usb port is not an USB3 port, the right one is.. left and right when you're facing the laptop-screen normally. Good luck
