Default Software from another vendor

I have been using a USB 2.0 External DVI Video Card from IOGEAR for about a year now and have had no problems with the software or item. I recently decided I wanted to add a 4th monitor to my setup. I bought a cheap USB 3.0 To VGA adapter off ebay and it ended up messing up my 3rd monitor that was attached using the USB 2.0 External DVI Video Card. I get a notification saying "DisplayLink has detected USB graphics software installed from a different vendor..." When I click on more information it tells me to uninstall the software but the software is not listed and the other option is to enter "sc delete FLxHCIv" in the command prompt but when I do that it tells me "the specified service does not exist as an installed service." How do i fix this?
