There is an attachment on my first post. Anyway I have rerun the software so please find attached the support file requested., and the one from my first post. The software says that the adaptor is not plugged in and if a unplug the laptop clicks and when I reconnect the USB lead the error message 'USB device not recognised'. I hope that you can help.
