Every so often my DockingStation just disconnects

I have a HooToo docking station http://www.hootoo.com/hootoor-ht-ud0...g-station.html i got off Amazon. It works great othen then 1 very annoying thing. Every so often it will disconnect and reconnect. it sometimes will do it 3 times in a row and others just 1 time. I have done everything at this link http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...rticles/544228 and it still has this issue.

I have attached a support file if someone can look to possibly tell me why this is happening. My fear is that it is the hardware and that it is defective, but i wanted to try here first.
