Problems with external monitor

hey,
i have Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga and i'm using Tagrus docking station.
I did fresh install of Windows 10, and installed the latest driver version as recommended for Windows 10.
I have external monitor connected using DVI connection. it works, but very often the image on the monitor just getting "stuck". sometimes it's blank white, sometimes its real image - but it just stuck.

The only solution is disconnecting the USB, disconnecting the power cord , disconnecting the DVI, reconnecting the DVI, reconnecting power cord and reconnecting the USB 3.0 cable. Just disconnecting and reconnecting the screen doesn't work - the image still stuck.
