DisplayLink repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting

I have MIMO monitor connected to PC using USB 3.0 port. Latest DisplayLink software is installed. The monitor was working initially after the install. When an external monitor was connected to the PC along with USB monitor, the USB monitor started showing blank screen and the display on external monitor flickering. When I go to device manager, I see that display link driver is repeatedly connecting and disconnecting. I tried to connect to different USB port, different USB cable etc, but the issue is not going away. Any help is appreciated.
