AOC e1649fwu switching off and on while watching videos

Hey there.

Have been experiencing this issue for almost a year now, usually I just ignore it but I realised that after tolerating this issue for a year, I should get rid of it once and for all so I'm asking for help here.

The issue happens when I watch videos, be it graphic intensive HD videos or even 480p 1990s comedy not even in fullscreen. My e1649fwu would switch off, then my main monitor will switch off as well, then both will reboot back up again and then the moment i start watching the video again. It does the same thing over and over. The way I tolerated this was to just stop multitasking and watch the video on my main monitor, but that means that my USB monitor would be all for nothing.
