No monitors work with 8.0M2 Windows 10 v1607

I have a surface book with a docking station, and 3 displaylink adapters connected to the docking station.

None of the 3 monitors work anymore. They were intermittent on v1607 and 8.0M1 - sometimes they would work, and sometimes not.

When I installed 8.0M2, all 3 monitors worked at first. Now, despite countless reboots and USB reconnects, I am unable to get any monitor to work.
