No entry in lsusb - Ubuntu 16.04.2 (4.8.0-41)

Hi,
I use Asus pl2520l laptop with Asus ASUS USB3.0 HZ-3 Docking Station and I would like to attach two external monitors to it. I installed the driver with no problems but the server is not started and xrand doesn't show any new monitors. I checked with lsusb and any DisplayLink device is not listed. It's a fresh installation of ubuntu. Ethernet and usb DO work fine, only video doesn't. I attach the troubleshooter results. Any help or suggestions appreciated
