Well I finally solved my problems!

Dell refund me for the damnn Dock station with damnn display link driver

Now my problems gone, I'm connecting again all my devices in USB, and my second video in HDMI with no dock station and I m happy again!

You are saying since last year that problem will be fixed by microsoft, but it never happens... each new release is a expectative and never works! You failled!! Epic FAIL driver!

Well guys dont waste your time with that! Go find another hardware with nice driver! Because this company will never respect you!
