Toolbar Locations

Hello Forum

I have a desk top computer to which I have attached 4 monitors, 2 by means of display link adapters.

Until recently all has worked fine, but for some reason I can no longer position the taskbar on my preferred monitor which is attached to one of the display link adapters.

I had been doing this for many months without problems and am not sure what I have changed to cause the problem.

Can anyone suggest a starting point with respect to finding a solution. I tried disconnecting individual monitors without success
