Dell E5580 + D6000 dock, horrible performance

I have a Dell E5580 and a D6000 dock (USB-C).
The 2 displayports are running over DisplayLink.
And the performance is horrible.
Youtube lags. RDP lags. Video lags.
Scrolling down this forum lags.

Latest DisplayLink, all updated drivers. Latest BIOS and so on.
Still it behaves as the GFX is from 1989 and 256KB VRAM.

Any solution?
Windows 10 1607 and cannot upgrade due to company policy.
