Hello Chris,
Thank you for the details and the logs, this is helpful. I can see the Windows USB driver returns Error 0xc000000e (STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE). There's a collection of it at different stage, this tells me the device connection drops. This is confirmed by the firmware logs reporting USB disconnects events. That's why you don't see displays appearing. Ethernet might also go up/down. The mouse and keyboards are probably USB 2.0 only. I would recommend first swapping the USB cable and computer port being used. Then, you could force everything down to USB 2.0 by using a USB 2.0 cable as, from what I can see from HP website, this computer doesn't have a USB 2.0 port. You could also contact the manufacturer for hardware support. From the files, I am unable to determine the branded name as it uses a generic configuration. If you send me a photo of the device label or the box, I would be able to find the name. Kind regards, Alban
