Installing win10rs in windows 10 1709 - failed

When I am trying to install the msi win10rs.msi in windows 10 version 1709 failed.
I tried and with 1703 version.

The DisplayLink driver that i used was 8.5MO.

In event viewer the error messge displays
"Faulting Application name: cl_3365.exe, version: 8.5.3365.0"

Exception code: 0x0000409.

Please answer ASAP the client wants to know if can use the msi.
