company laptop - 2018 mac- blank monitors

Hello Friends,
I got the laptop from my company which is 2018 macbook pro with touch bar and now docking station(at home) become useless. I connected with USB-C to USB-A and thought my existing connections would work but no luck.

Keyboard and Mouse works but the display on the monitors are blank. I cannot install new software on mac due to restricted privileges. What options do I have here now.?
