DP not working for dual monitor

I am trying to setup dual monitors on the Dell D6000. When hooked up with the DP cables it does not find either monitor. If I us the HDMI port I can get just one monitor working. The other in the DP port is still not found. I've installed the driver and updates on the dock and laptop.

Using a Dell latitude 3400
Dell D6000 Dock
2 HP Omen 27 monitors: Model Z4D33AA
