Ubuntu 19.10 - Second monitor not detected

Hello,

I've been using a Plugable USB-C docking station (I have 2 of them) for years.
My config is :

computer : HP Spectre 360
Monitor 1 : Samsung 4K
Monitor 2 : Iiyama FullHD

Since the upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10 and DisplayLink 5.2, my monitor 2 is not detected anymore.

Tried the usual workarounds without success. See attached debug info from Linux Support Tool.
