Crash with MIMO 720S Display

Hello everyone,

I bought an external display "MIMO Slider 720S" to deport the GPS on this screen.

After installation of the driver, when I start Prepar3D Simulator crash and I get this message:
"Fatal Error" or "Display Manager Error"

Do you have any idea or experience on this problem?

My OS is Windows 7-64. & graphic card is Nvidia GTX 580
