Youtube very slow 4k Monitors

Hi,

I use the hp elitebook 840 G5 with de D6000 dell displaylink dock.
Everything is snappy when doing office work.

But, when it comes to youtube, when i play a video even at 480p the webpage become very slow and laggy even when play/pause video or scrolling through the page.

Any solution ?
Do you think it's a matter of performance ?
