Hi,
When I uninstall DisplayLink and restart, I can use my Dell S2340T monitor just by connecting it via HDMI and USB (for the touch) and it works great. However, a DisplayLink window keeps popping up asking me to install the DisplayLink drivers. I don't want to use DisplayLink with it. Although it would be great to just connect with one cable, when these drivers are installed (Lenovo Yoga 13 Windows 8), it causes a long delay to occur when launching Win 8 apps (even when the monitor is not connected) *which goes away when I uninstall them, and also fuzzy graphics when apps load, Office background gradients and fast moving graphics. Without the drivers the monitor is sharp and fast! So it's not worth the problems that DisplayLink causes, and I don't want to be asked every time to install them...how do I make the computer forget about DisplayLink all together after they are uninstalled? Thanks for your help :-) Cheers, Scott Last edited by skchurch; 02-10-2013 at 05:35 PM. Reason: Corrected Title |
