Default Cant connect 2 external monitor?

Hello Everyone...

Currently have a MacBook Air 2018 running Monterey 12.5.1.
Also using a Wavlink (WL-UMD05) docking station.
External monitors are Philips 276E8VJSB.
I've downloaded Display Links latest driver.

I'm able to extend my MacBook Air to one of my external monitors but not able to do a second. Each of the monitors mimic each other but not able to use each of them as an extension. When I try and open display link...it tells me "No display link enabled display detected"

I have each monitor plugged in with HDMI into the docking station...then i have a usb-c plugged from the docking station into my MacBook Air.

Any help would be appreciated...thank you!
