Default Unable to use DisplayLink alongside Thunderbolt monitor?

Hi everyone!

I recently got a 13" 2020 M1 MacBook Pro from my work. Unfortunately, this means that my current monitor setup will not work natively. Needless to say, this has been a headache.

My setup is the following:

- LG 38" Ultrawide connected directly through Thunderbolt
- 24" Asus Monitor connected via HDMI to this dock:

I downloaded the DisplayLink drivers as this dock seemed compatible, but my Asus monitor simply doesn't recognize any sort of feed.

Is it possible to do the setup I am doing? One monitor in one Thunderbolt port, and the other monitor connected via HDMI to the dock that is connected to the second Thunderbolt port?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
