Monitor not detected after power outage

I have a VisionTek DisplayLink VT8000

I was working and power went out. When power came back, display could no longer be detected.

I've done the following:

• check all cables, unplugged, plugged back in.
• powered Display link off/on
• tried different ports on DisplayLink
• Connected each monitor directly to laptop and monitors still work and laptop ports work.
• external keyboard and mouse attached to displaylink work
• ran all windows updates
• Installed latest Displaylink drivers
• rebooted several times after each installation

Not sure what else to check. Suggestions?

It's only a couple months old.
